摘要
分体式城市多旋翼是一种缓解城市交通拥挤、港口运输不便的飞行汽车,其关键技术之一是飞行单元与箱体单元、箱体单元与底座单元间的对接技术。设计了一种针对多旋翼的对接锁紧装置,满足目标对接的可靠性、冗余度、精度等指标性和功能性要求。以对接锁紧装置的三维实体模型为基础,详细地叙述了对接锁紧装置的工作过程、原理及电机的选型,运用ANSYS和SolidWorks软件分别进行针对关键零部件的有限元分析和针对整个锁紧装置的动力学仿真,将得到的结果结合指标性、功能性要求进行分析和验证,验证了该对接锁紧装置的有效性和可行性。
Split type city rotor is a kind of more relieve urban traffic congestion port transportation inconvenience flying car,one of its key technology is flying unit with housing unit,housing unit and the base unit between the docking technology.A locking device for multi rotor docking was designed to meet the requirements of reliability,redundancy,accuracy and other indicators and functionality of target docking.Based on the 3D solid model of docking locking device,the working process,principle and motor selection of docking locking device were described in detail.Finite element analysis for key parts and dynamic simulation for the whole locking device were carried out with ANSYS and SolidWorks software,and the obtained results were analyzed and verified in combination with the functional requirements of the indicator,which verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the docking locking device.
