摘要 防爆无轨胶轮车在矿井中得到了广泛应用,但其安全问题一直以来都受到很大的关注。在分析无轨胶轮车和矿井实际情况的基础上,提出胶轮车运行时的危险点。在此基础上设计研究了安全保护监控系统,可以对无轨胶轮车运行状态数据信息进行实时采集,将采集到的信息与系统设定的安全范围进行比较。如果发现存在安全隐患,系统会启动响应措施,以确保胶轮车和矿井的安全。 Explosion-proof trackless rubber tire vehicles have been widely used in mines,but their safety issues have always received great attention.Based on the analysis of the actual conditions of trackless rubber tires and mines,the dangerous points during operation of rubber tires were proposed.On this basis,a safety protection monitoring system was designed and researched,which can collect real-time data information of the running status of trackless rubber tires and compare the collected information with the safety range set by the system.If there are hidden safety hazards,the system will initiate response measures to ensure the safety of the rubber truck and mine.
