摘要 某煤矿带式输送机控制系统传动效率较低,且启动电流会产生功率不平衡与机械冲击大等问题。基于此,提出了变频控制改造方案,以合理使用变频器的软启动功能,使重载启动时输送机可以平滑开启运行,避免出现冲击电流。应用效果表明,此项设计方案具备一定的可行性与有效性,可在带式输送机运输工作中得到广泛采用。 The transmission efficiency of the belt conveyor control system in a coal mine is low,and the starting current will cause power imbalance and mechanical impact.A transformation scheme of frequency conversion control was put forward to use the soft start function of the frequency converter reasonably,so that the conveyor could be smoothly opened and run when the heavy load was started,so as to avoid the occurrence of impact current.The results show that the design scheme has certain feasibility and effectiveness,which is worthy of being widely used in the transportation of belt conveyor.
