摘要
对2000 t液压机主泵供油系统高能耗的原因进行了分析,采用恒压变量泵加蓄能器的方案对原有的定量泵供油模式进行了替换。在满足生产要求的前提下,新方案油泵电机组排量、功率更小,达到了节能的目的。并对泵站、蓄能器及其辅件进行了选型、设计和计算,降低了泵站噪声,增加了主泵电机组运行的稳定性和可靠性,延长了相关部件使用寿命。
The reason of high energy consumption in the main pump oil supply system of a 2000 t hydraulic machine was analyzed.The scheme of constant pressure variable pump and accumulator was adopted to replace the original quantitative pump oil supply mode.On the premise of meeting the requirements of production,the output volume and power of the motor set of oil pump in the new scheme were smaller,and the purpose of energy saving was achieved.The pump station,accumulator and its auxiliary parts were selected,designed and calculated to reduce the noise,increase the stability and reliability of the main pump motor unit,and extend the service life of the relevant components.
