摘要
为解决舰船用外螺纹舷侧阀出现的手轮操作力矩大、密封性能差、不能适用于较高压力的管路系统等问题,提出了优化密封形式、优选密封材料和阀体材料、优化结构形式的改进措施。经实际应用,有效解决了上述问题,提高了产品的可靠性和使用寿命。
In order to solve the problems of high operating torque,poor sealing performance and unsuitable for high pressure pipeline system,the improvement measures of optimizing seal form,sealing material,valve body material and structure form were put forward.The practical application shows that these measures effectively solve the above problems and improve the reliability and service life of products.
