摘要 某垃圾焚烧发电厂DCS系统与自动燃烧控制系统通讯存在干扰问题,其中主要现象为信号跳变且为不定期跳变,数据严重失真,严重影响焚烧炉自动燃烧稳定运行。针对此现象,根据该厂通讯时实际遇到的问题,使用通讯分析仪器ProfiTrace,结合PLC的通讯要点,对所发生的问题进行分析,并且逐项检查测试,最终解决了通讯跳跃相关故障,保证了通讯质量,从而确保了通讯垃圾焚烧炉自动燃烧控制的稳定运行。 There is interference between DCS system and automatic combustion control system in a waste incineration power plant.The main phenomenon is the signal jump and irregular jump,the data is seriously distorted,which seriously affects the stable operation of the incinerator automatic combustion.In view of this phenomenon,according to the actual problems encountered in the communication of the plant,the communication analysis instrument profitrace was used.Combined with the communication points of PLC,the problems were analyzed,checked and tested item by item.Finally,the communication jump related faults were solved,the communication quality was ensured,and the stable operation of automatic combustion control of communication waste incinerator was ensured.
