3D与2D腹腔镜根治术治疗胃癌的效果比较

Comparison of effect of 3D versus 2D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in treatment of gastric cancer

目的比较3D与2D腹腔镜根治术治疗胃癌的临床效果。方法抽取2018年6月至2020年6月安阳市第二人民医院收治的胃癌患者64例,按照患者入院先后顺序将其分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例),对照组采用2D腹腔镜根治术治疗,观察组采用3D腹腔镜根治术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数量、术后排气时间等指标值均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者中出血、感染、吻合口梗阻等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的C-反应蛋白、糖类抗原125指标值低于对照组,糖类抗原19-9、癌胚抗原水平高于对照组,两组患者的血清指标值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌患者临床中采用3D腹腔镜根治术治疗,患者的手术指标值、血清指标值显著改善,不良反应发生率低。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of 3D and 2D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 64 cases of gastric cancer patients admitted to Anyang Second People’s Hospital from June 2018 and June 2020 were selected,and were divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=32)in order of hospitalization,and the control group was treated with 2D laparoscopic radical surgery,and the observation group was treated with 3D laparoscopic radical surgery,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,number of lymph node dissection and postoperative exhaust time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of bleeding,infection,anastomotic obstruction and other adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of C-reactive protein and carbohydrate antigen 125 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of carbohydrate antigen19-9 and CEA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups in serum index values(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical application of 3D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in patients with gastric cancer,the operation index value and serum index value of patients is significantly improved,the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
