扶正抗癌汤对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗不良反应及T细胞亚群的影响

Effects of fuzheng kang’ai decoction on side effects of chemotherapy and T cell subsets in patients with non-small cell lung cancer

目的观察扶正抗癌汤对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者化疗不良反应及T细胞亚群的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2018年5月于平顶山市第二人民医院接受NP化疗治疗(对照组)及扶正抗癌汤联合NP化疗(N为长春瑞滨,P为顺铂),治疗(观察组)各60例NSCLC患者的临床资料。两组均以21 d为一周期,比较两组治疗4个周期后的临床疗效,并记录其治疗前后的T细胞亚群、随访过程中的不良反应发生情况及远期疗效。结果治疗4个周期后,观察组总控制率(91.67%)高于对照组(76.67%,P<0.05),观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前上升(P均<0.05),且高于同期对照组(P<0.05),而CD8^(+)水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且低于同期对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组无进展生存期及1年内生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在NP化疗的基础上联合扶正抗癌汤可有效改善NSCLC患者临床症状,提高其临床疗效及免疫功能,有利于生存率的提高。

Objective To observe the effects of Fuzheng Kang’ai decoction on side effects of chemotherapy and T cell subsets in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of each 60 NSCLC patients in the Second People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan who received NP rinorelbine+cisplatin chemotherapy(control group)or received fuzheng kang’ai decotion combined with NP chemotherapy(observation group)from May 2016 to May 2018,and the treat ment course was 21 days in both group.The(4 cycles)clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the T cell subsets serum tumor markers before and after treatment and occurrence of toxic and side effectsduring follow-up and long-term efficacy were recorded in the two groups.Results After 4 cowrses of treatment,the total control rate of the observation group(91.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%,P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)inobservation group were increased compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05),and were higher than those in control group during the same period(P<0.05),and the level of CD8+was decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and was lower than that in control group during the same period(P<0.05).The incidence rates of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,and nausea and vomiting in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The progress free survival and 1-year survival rate of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Combination of fuzheng kang’ai decoction on the basis of NP chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the clinical efficacy and immune function of NSCLC patients,and it is beneficial to improvement of survival rate.
