近代福建地区侨乡民居建筑装饰传承与保护研究

Research on Inheritance and Protection of Residential Building Decoration in Modern Fujian Province

近代华侨民居建筑对福建地区传统建筑风貌的形成具有重要意义,它不仅代表当地传统民居建筑的环境与营造技艺水平,同时还是福建地区人文艺术价值的体现。近代华侨民居建筑是福建传统民居融合创新的一脉发展方向,厘清近代华侨民居建筑装饰的艺术与审美价值,对当下传统民居传承与保护可提供有价值的借鉴。文章从近代福建地区华侨民居建筑装饰的创新性发展出发,分析其"再造活力"的动力不足以及在修缮技艺的传承、建筑装饰材料变化方面存在的问题,并提出在近代福建地区侨乡民居建筑装饰保护与传承中进行适度性改造和创新性发展的策略。

Modern residential buildings of overseas Chinese are of great significance to the formation of traditional architectural style in Fujian.They not only represent the environment and construction skill level of local traditional residential buildings,but also reflect the humanistic and artistic value in Fujian.Modern overseas Chinese residential buildings are the development direction of the integration and innovation of fujian traditional residential buildings,which can provide valuable reference for the inheritance and protection of current traditional residential buildings by clarifying the artistic and aesthetic value of architectural decoration of modern overseas Chinese residential buildings.Based on the innovative development of the architectural decoration of overseas Chinese dwellings in fujian in modern times,this paper analyzes the problems such as the lack of power for"reconstructing vitality",the inheritance of repair techniques and the change of architectural decoration materials,classifies the architectural decoration of the dwellings of overseas Chinese in Fujian in modern times,and then carries out appropriate transformation and innovative development.
