摘要
文章从服务设计理念视角对校园共享医疗服务系统进行设计研究。运用服务设计创新方法对用户行为特征进行研究分析,挖掘用户需求,从而得出学生在接受医疗服务过程中的痛点,将其转化为机会点,并依靠现代网络技术的多平台操作性,提出基于服务设计思维的校园共享医疗系统设计策略,不仅可以在学生生病时提供更加及时、便捷且可靠的医疗服务,而且可以提升学校的整体文明化服务品质。
The article mainly analyzes the design of the campus shared medical service system from the perspective of service design concept.Analyze the needs and behavior characteristics of users with relevant theoretical methods of service design,explore the pain points and opportunities of students in the process of receiving medical services,and rely on the multi-platform operability of modern network technology to propose a campus shared medical system based on service thinking Design strategies to provide more convenient and reliable new forms for school students to receive medical services.
