过氧乙酸类消毒剂对生物膜消毒清除效果 被引量:1

Disinfection and removal effect of peracetic acid disinfectant on biofilm

摘要 目的研究3种过氧乙酸消毒剂对铜绿假单胞菌人工生物膜的去除率,并对使用过的内镜进行临床消毒试验,评估3种消毒剂对生物膜的去除效果。方法参照T/WSJD 002-2019人工制备生物膜;按照WS507-2016和GB 15982-2012进行内镜的临床消毒试验,并采样检测内镜消毒的质量,综合评价消毒剂去除生物膜的效果。结果平整表面培养法和管腔内表面培养法制备的人工生物膜细菌计数达1×107~1×108CFU/样本;消毒作用1 min,3种消毒剂对两种生物膜的去除率均为100.00%;243条内镜临床试验的菌落总数A0<20 CFU/件,B0<A0。结论生物膜制备合格;实验室研究中3种消毒剂对生物膜的去除率>90%,达到合格标准;表明消毒剂可达到高水平消毒,对生物膜有清洁去除效果。 OBJECTIVE To study the removal rate of 3 kinds of peracetic acid disinfectants on the artificial biofilm Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and conduct a clinical disinfection test on used endoscopes to evaluate the removal effect of 3 kinds of disinfectants on the biofilm. METHODS Artificial biofilm was prepared by referring to T/WSJD 002-2019. The clinical disinfection tests of endoscopes were carried out according to WS507-2016 and GB 15982-2012, and the disinfection quality of endoscopes were sampled and tested. Thus, the efficacy of disinfectant in removing biofilms was comprehensively evaluated. RESULTS The bacterial count of artificial biofilm prepared by the flat surface culture and endovascular surface culture methods of the lumen reached 1×107-1×108 CFU/sample. The removal rate of 3 disinfectants to the two biofilms was 100% after disinfection for 1 minute. The total number of colonies in 243 endoscopic clinical trials was A0 <20 CFU/piece, B0<A0. CONCLUSION The preparation of biofilm was qualified, and the removal rate of the three disinfectants on biofilm was >90%, which reached the qualified standard. Clinical study showed that the peracetic acid disinfectant can achieve a high level of disinfection effect and had a cleaning and removal effect on biofilm.
