摘要
加强科普人才队伍建设,是近年来我国科普工作关注的重要方面。除在政策和制度层面鼓励科技工作者直接投身科普事业之外,将理工类学生作为潜在的科普人才来源,也是未来科普事业可推动的工作方向之一。为进一步了解其他国家理工类学生参与科普工作的情况,对德国某国立研究机构来自至少二十个国家的科研人员进行了问卷调查,并对调查结果进行了分析,以期为国内相关政策的制定提供参考。
Improving human capability is one of the most important works in science popularization of China. Except for encouraging scientists and engineers to get involved in science popularization by revising current regulations and policies, students majoring in natural sciences and engineering can also be treated as potential human resources, which may boost science popularization of China in the future. In order to know whether and how other countries motivate students majoring in natural sciences and engineering to participate in science popularization, we carried out an investigation in a German institute. Members from over 20 countries responded our questionnaires. After analyzing, we summarized several conclusions, which may offer recommendations to decision-making officials.
