摘要
区块链短租作为近年来新兴的行业发展迅速,在用户体验方面尚存在一定的不足,文章旨在通过对用户体验影响因素的研究找到提升用户体验的途径。首先通过对区块链短租平台的用户群体进行用户访谈获取影响用户体验的因素,并利用卡片分类法对这些因素进行整理归纳得到用户体验影响因素模型,然后利用用户体验影响因素模型指导区块链短租平台用户体验设计的进行,最终产出App交互设计和视觉设计方案。
As an emerging industry, blockchain short rent has been developing rapidly in recent years, and there are still some deficiencies in user experience. This paper aims to find ways to improve user experience by studying the influencing factors of user experience.First by user groups to block short chain rental platform for user interviews for factors that affect the user experience, and use the card classification of these factors are factors affecting user experience model are summarized, and then use the user experience influence factor model to guide block chain short rent platform of user experience design, the final output app interaction design and visual design.
