摘要
根据用户末端负荷实时变步长调整空调冷水系统压差设定值是变压差设定值研究领域关注的重点问题。就压差设定值优化调整问题,提出了基于Mamdani模糊模型的压差重设定自适应调整算法,并将该算法与温差参考算法、室外温度参考算法及线性调整算法进行了试验对比,从节能、送风温度控制、最不利热力环路工况的避免效果等方面进行了综合评价。结果表明,与其他3种算法相比,自适应调整算法在保证末端用户供能需求的同时,可实现至少10.6%的水泵节能效果,且在线自适应性强,可灵活应用于负荷变化随机的建筑。
According to the terminal real-time demand,how to reset differential pressure with variable step size is one of the key problems in the research field of air conditioning chilled water system differential pressure reset.For optimizing and adjusting the setting value of pressure difference,proposes a variable differential pressure reset self-adaptive adjustment algorithm based on Mamdani fuzzy model,and compares with temperature difference referenced algorithm,outdoor temperature referenced algorithm,and linear adjustment algorithm.Investigates the energy saving potential,temperature control effect and most unfavorable thermodynamic loop elimination of four control methods by experiment.The results show that ensuring user's energy supply demand,the method proposed saves at least 10.6%energy of the pump.Owing preferable online adaptability,the optimal control method presented in this paper enables to be flexibly applied to buildings with random load changes.
