思政课教师课堂主导性的提升策略探析

摘要 思政课堂上,学生的主动性能否被调动起来,关键在于教师课堂主导作用的发挥。思政课教师通过对课程内容的顶层设计和深度思考,按照抓大放小的原则把控教学质量。概括起来,要送给学生三样东西:“给地图”,向学生讲清楚知识内容的线索、节点和逻辑结构;“给拐杖”,帮学生遴选出最经典、最具代表性、最前沿的阅读资料;“给平台”,为学生提供知识“输出”平台。通过提升教师的主导地位,最终达到“不教之教”的效果,使学生养成使用马克思主义的立场、观点与方法解决自身成长困惑的习惯,这才是有生命力的课堂。 In ideological and political class,whether the initiative of students can be mobilized,the key lies in the play of the leading role of teachers in the class.Ideological and political course teachers control the quality of teaching according to the principle of focusing on the big and letting go of the small through the top-level design and in-depth thinking of the course content.To sum up,three things should be given to students:“give the map”to explain clearly the clues,nodes and logical structure of the knowledge content to the students;“give the crutches”to help students select the most classic,representative,and cutting-edge reading materials;“give the platform”to provide students with a knowledge“output”platform.By enhancing the dominant position of teachers,the effect of“non-teaching”is finally achieved,and students develop the habit of using Marxist positions,viewpoints and methods to solve their own growth puzzles.This is a viable classroom.
