智慧建筑特征指标与内涵研究

Research on Characteristic Indicator and Connotation of Smart Building

本文通过分析绿色建筑、健康建筑与智能建筑的内涵、特征与相关指标,结合当前智慧建筑的研究现状,阐述四者间的关系。在此基础上,结合现有智慧建筑技术指标研究现状,进一步阐述了智慧建筑的内涵,提出了范围更广、综合程度更高的智慧建筑评价指标体系。

In this paper.by analyzing the connotation.characteristics and relevant indicators of green building.healthy building and intelligent building,and combining with the current research status of intelligent building.the relationship among them was expounded.Based on this.combined with the research of smart building technical indicators.the conmotation of smart building was further elaborated.and a new smart building technical indicators system with wider range and higher comprehensive degree was proposed。
