摘要
石蒜碱是一种普遍存在于石蒜科植物中的异喹啉类生物碱,现已发现其具有多种生物学活性。本文主要从抗癌、抗病毒、抗炎和调控脂质合成等方面阐述和探讨其作用机制,以期为石蒜碱在这些疾病中的潜在应用提供新的思路和依据。
Lycorine is an isoquinoline alkaloid that is ubiquitous in Amaryllidaceae, and it has been found to have a variety of biological activities.This article mainly elaborates and discusses its mechanism of action from the aspects of anti-cancer, anti-virus, anti-inflammatory and regulation of lipid synthesis, in order to provide new ideas and basis for the potential application of lycorine in these diseases.
