上海市高速公路高架系统功能与建设模式探讨 被引量:3

Discussion on the Function and Construction Mode of Expressway Elevated System in Shanghai

摘要 上海市高速公路存在四方面问题:地面路堤形式阻隔两侧地块横向联系;承担客货、省域市域等多种功能交通拥堵严重;进出立交节点匮乏为周边城市化地区服务功能差;影响区域路网完善。认为高速公路建设高架系统具备如下交通功能:打通横向道路、缝合城市空间,分离交通功能、缓解交通拥堵,优化节点布置、方便沿线地区对外出行,构筑复合通道、完善区域路网。给出了不同城市化水平下横向道路合理的间距要求以及适合的主线抬升方案,提出了高架高速主线+地面干路辅道、高架客运高速+地面客货高速、拓宽段高架+老路地面、地面局部高架+单侧地面辅道等4种高架系统的建设模式及其适用条件,给出了应用案例。能够较好地甄别高速公路高架化的功能需求及其相应的建设模式,为特大城市高速公路高架化改造提供借鉴。 The expressways in Shanghai are featured with four problems:the form of ground embankment blocks the horizontal connection between the two sides of the block,traffic congestion in road function scenarios such as passenger and freight,and provincial and municipal areas is serious.Lack of interchange nodes provides poor service functions for surrounding urbanized areas resulting in imperfect regional road networks.It is believed that the elevated system of expressway construction has the following transportation functions:connecting the transverse roads,stitching urban space,separating traffic functions,alleviating traffic congestion,optimizing layout of nodes,facilitating outwards travel along the line,constructing composite passages,and improving the regional road network.The reasonable spacing requirements of horizontal roads and suitable mainline lifting schemes at different levels of urbanization are put forward.The construction modes and applicable conditions of four types of elevated systems are proposed,including the elevated high-speed main line+ground arterial feeder roads,elevated passenger high-speed+ground passenger and freight highways,widened sections of elevated roads+old road grounds,partial elevated roads+single-side feeder roads.An application case is provided.The paper can better identify the functional requirements of elevated expressways and their corresponding construction models,and provide reference for the elevated transformation of expressways in megacities.
