摘要
大连快轨3号线经过16年的运营,小半径曲线地段钢轨损伤严重、道岔及扣件陈旧、个别地段碎石道床板结,存在安全隐患。此次轨道维修设计更换了小半径曲线地段伤损严重的钢轨,更换了利用率高的道岔并将其更换为新的混凝土枕道岔型号,更换了碎石道床地段伤损严重的扣件及轨枕,对桥头道砟及严重板结的道砟进行换填,大大提高了全线轨道技术水平,提高了运营的安全性和舒适性。
After 16 years of operation,the rail in small radius curve section is seriously damaged,the turnout and fastener are old,and the ballast bed in some sections is hardened.In this track maintenance design,the seriously damaged rails in small radius curve section were replaced,the turnouts with high utilization rate were replaced with new concrete sleeper turnouts,the severely damaged fasteners and sleepers in gravel track bed section were replaced,and the ballast at bridge head and severely hardened ballast were replaced.It greatly improves the technical level of the whole track,and improves the safety and comfort of operation.
