摘要
随着社会的不断发展,铸造车间生产线如何提高效率,优化生产结构成为管理者的重中之重。其中,铸造车间清理工部作为铸造生产过程中最后的生产工部,物流量大且复杂。运用相关的仿真软件针对国内某企业铸造车间清理工部进行物流模拟。结果表明,模拟完成后,最优的物流模型与其对应的数据不仅能满足该企业的设计要求,还能为后续的车间设计优化工作提供依据,大大提高以后的设计效率。
With the continuous development of society,how to improve efficiency and optimize production structure of foundry production line has become the top priority of managers.Among them,the cleaning department of the casting shop is the last production department in the casting production process.The logistics volume is large and complex.This paper uses the relevant simulation software to simulate the logistics of a domestic foundry workshop cleaning department.The results show that the optimal logistics model and its corresponding data after the simulation can not only meet the design requirements of the enterprise,but also provide the basis for the subsequent workshop design optimization work,which can greatly improve the design efficiency in the future.
