摘要
针对雄安地区1号营地工人流动性强、管理难度大的问题,提出了一种基于手机App的针对新冠肺炎疫情期间的管理人员有限的高流动性临时社区的人员管理方法。此法将传统的劳务工人线下的人对人的注册认证变为通过手机微信小程序在后台自主注册,克服了疫情期间人员接触风险高及务工人员社区人口流动性大的管理问题。基于改进的图像上传系统,使务工人员可在完成不接触注册的同时自动分配至所属的劳务公司租赁的宿舍并形成人员可视化列表。
In view of the problem of strong mobility of workers and difficult management in Xiong’an No.1 Camp,a personnel management method based on mobile phone App was proposed for the temporary community with high mobility and limited management personnel during the COVID-19 epidemic.This method is to change the traditional person-to-person registration and certification of labor workers offline into independent registration in the background through mobile phone We Chat small program,which overcomes the problems of high risk of personnel contact and difficult management of population mobility in the migrant worker community during the epidemic.Based on the improved image uploading system,the workers can be automatically assigned to the dormitories rented by their labor service companies and form a visual list of workers when they finish the registration without contact.
