摘要
中铁十局廊坊制梁场位于河北省廊坊市广阳区万庄镇境内,承担新建城际铁路联络线一期工程460孔箱梁的预制施工任务。由于传统定位网胎具为人工焊接,难以保证全部孔道位置误差≤2mm;焊接采用30mm×30mm薄角钢,在使用过程中容易发生形变,影响定位网片精度;人工焊接焊点质量难以保证,容易造成开焊,烧伤钢筋等缺陷。为提高定位网焊接精度和质量,提高工作效率,中铁十局与天津建科联合研发了该箱梁定位网筋智能焊接设备。论文主要介绍该设备的研发背景、主要功能、工艺流程,以及其在工程中的应用效益。
Langfang Beam Yard of Railway No.10 Engineering Group Co.Ltd.is located in Wanzhuang Town,Guangyang District,Langfang City,Hebei Province,it undertook the prefabrication of 460-hole box girders for the first phase of the new intercity railway complex.Since the traditional positioning net tire is manual welding,it is difficult to ensure the position error of all holes≤2 mm;30 mm×30 mm thin angle steel is used in welding,In the process of application,deformation is easy to occur,which affects the accuracy of the positioning network.It is difficult to guarantee the quality of manual welding joints,which is easy to cause defects such as open welding and burned steel bars.In order to improve the welding precision,quality and work efficiency of the positioning mesh,China Railway No.10 Engineering Bureau and TJK Machinery(Tianjin)Co.ltd.jointly developed the intelligent welding equipment of the box girder positioning mesh bar.This paper mainly introduces the research and development background of the equipment,the main functions,process flow,and its application benefits in engineering.
