高层建筑消防验收中存在的问题及对策探析

高层建筑竣工后,需要做好整体验收工作,消防验收是建筑工程中一个重要的环节,关系着工程的质量以及建筑后续的使用安全。但从目前建筑行业的实际情况分析,在高层建筑消防验收中,存在不少问题,导致建筑中存在相应的消防安全隐患,容易出现火灾问题,而且在发生火灾后难以及时扑救,可能造成严重后果。论文就高层建筑消防验收中存在的问题以及解决对策进行了分析。

After the completion of a high-rise building,it is necessary to do a good job of overall acceptance.Fire control acceptance is an important link in the construction project,which is related to the quality of the project and the subsequent use safety of the building.However,from the analysis of the actual situation of the construction industry,there are many problems in the fire acceptance of high-rise buildings,which lead to the corresponding fire safety hazards in buildings,which are prone to fire problems,and it is difficult to remedy in time after a fire,which may cause serious consequences.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the fire inspection and acceptance of high-rise buildings and the solutions.
