Under the background of rapid urbanization and social and economic transformation and upgrading,the competition within the construction engineering industry is gradually increasing.In order to effectively improve the market competitiveness of enterprises in the construction engineering industry,more and more construction engineering enterprises begin to pay attention to the actual role of budgeting,and thereby improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on this,this paper analyzes the impact of construction project budget preparation on project cost,and then puts forward specific measures to improve the quality of construction project budget preparation,in order to provide theoretical reference for construction engineering enterprises,so that enterprises can stand out in the fierce market industry competition.
