In the process of management of the construction site,there is still the problem of imperfect management system.This paper analyzes the importance of strengthening the management of municipal engineering construction site,summarizes the characteristics and present situation of the management of municipal engineering construction site,and discusses and analyzes the measures to strengthen the management of municipal engineering construction site.The study found that the construction enterprises need to improve the management system,strengthen the management of materials and equipment,but also need to improve the quality of management personnel,so that the project quality to meet the use of demand,to create a good image of the city.
