产教融合环境下的高职院校“积极教育”建设路径探索 被引量:2

摘要 培养技术技能型人才是高等职业类院校的人才培养目标,而产教融合、校企合作是职业教育办学的基本模式。本文对现阶段高职院校在产教融合实施过程中面临的几个核心问题进行梳理,从内在动因和环境需求两个方面说明了在产教融合背景下实施积极教育的必要性,针对产教融合的各个环节和应用场景,分析了积极教育理念的实际应用案例。从案例出发,将案例中积极教育的应用理念上升为理论,为产教深度融合探索并实践新的途径与方法。最后提出,积极教育理应在高职教育中承担更多的功能。 The talent training goal of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate talents with technology and skill and industryeducation integration is the basic model of vocational education.Several core problems meet in the course of industryeducation integration are hackled,and then the necessity of Positive education under industry-education integration background is described with two aspects of internal motive and outside requirement.According to the each link and different application scenarios,the practical cases with concept of positive education are analyzed,and form the cases above,application ideas are raised to theory which will be the new ways and methods of the industry-education integration.Finally,it is proposed that positive education should undertake more function in higher vocational education.
