Research on the Main Factors and Countermeasures Affecting the Change of Art Students’Outlook on Career Selection

随着我国市场经济的发展以及国内外文化思潮的不断交流碰撞,使得当代大学生的择业价值观念发生了根本性的变化,直接影响着学生的前途和命运,关乎着国家经济战略发展、中国梦实现的进展。本文以艺术类高职大学生为研究对象,分析影响艺术类大学生择业观变化的主要因素,探索新时代艺术类大学生择业观教育和引导机制的新模式,旨在帮助学生树立正确的择业价值观,并为艺术类高职院校的就业创业教育改革提供正确的方向。

With the development of my country’s market economy and the continuous exchange and collision of cultural thoughts at home and abroad,contemporary college students’career values have undergone a fundamental change,which directly affects the future and destiny of students,and is related to the development of national economic strategies and the progress of Chinese dream realization.This paper takes art vocational college students as the research object,analyzes the main factors that affect the change of art college students’career choices,explores a new model of education and guidance mechanism for career choices of art college students in the new era,and aims to help students establish correct career values,and provide the right direction for the reform of employment and entrepreneurship education in art vocational colleges.
