摘要
高职学生抗逆力水平和发展关乎其个人成长,体现了高职的育人水平。当前高职学生抗逆力面临一些现实困境,如面对困难应对力不足、环境适应能力较差、自我认同感缺乏等。从马克思交往理论视角出发,以创造良性交往环境、搭建有效交往平台、构建联动交往机制为切入点提出解决路径,能够帮助提升高职学生的抗逆力水平。
The level of resilience and development of higher vocational students is related to their personal growth,which reflects the education level of higher vocational students.At present,the resilience of higher vocational students is facing some practical difficulties,such as insufficient coping ability to face difficulties,poor environmental adaptability,and lack of self-identity.From the perspective of Marx’s theory of communication,it can help improve the resilience level of higher vocational students by creating a benign communication environment,building an effective communication platform,and building a linkage communication mechanism.
