“三全育人”背景下高校德育工作实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Moral Education in Higher Colleges under the Background of“Three Complete Education”

为全面贯彻党的教育方针,立德树人为高校根本任务,“三全育人”既为高校思想政治教育指明了方向,又对高校思想政治教育开展提出更高的要求。通过对高校德育工作开展的调查,结合理论知识进行分析,提出在“三全育人”理念下高校德育工作从以下几点开展:加强立德树人的重要性,人人都是主角;整合资源,形成合力,力争全方位育人;活动多样而有特色,贯穿进校至实习毕业全过程。由制度育人、环境育人发展到实践教育,真正达到育人的目的,为培养新时代中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人打好基础。

In order to fully implement the Party’s educational policy,it is the fundamental task of colleges and universities to cultivate people with morality.Through the investigation of moral education in colleges and universities,combining with the analysis of theoretical knowledge,it is proposed that moral education in colleges and universities should be carried out from the following aspects under the concept of“Three Complete Education”:strengthening the importance of moral education for everyone is the protagonist;integrating resources,forming synergy and striving for all-round education;holding various and distinctive activities that run through the whole process from entering the school till internship and graduation.It has really achieved the purpose of educating people from institutional education and environmental education to practical education,and laid a good foundation for training builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
