COVID-19 is a major social event in 2020,and the correct implementation of ideological and political education in universities based on the epidemic situation can improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.We can make clear the advantages of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and strengthen the ideal and belief of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To carry forward the core socialist values and enhance the sense of social responsibility,cultivate patriotism and carry out patriotism education,and cultivate noble moral sentiment and spread positive energy,we should demonstrate the strength of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,set up the concept of socialist rule of law in five aspects,and do a good job in educating people about the epidemic.
