妊娠期双侧卵巢巨大囊肿合并一侧蒂扭转的病例报道

Case report of bilateral ovarian giant cyst combined with unilateral pedicle torsion during pregnancy

近年妊娠合并卵巢囊肿发病率呈升高趋势,妊娠期发生囊肿扭转或破裂严重危及母婴健康和安全,需早发现、早治疗。卵巢囊肿诊治方案已成熟,而关于妊娠特殊时期的卵巢囊肿不同处理方式所导致的对母体及胎儿的影响不明确,治疗方案未得到共识。在此通过分享湖南省湘西土家族苗族自治州人民医院妇一科收治的1例关于妊娠期双侧卵巢巨大囊肿合并一侧蒂扭转病例,来进一步加深对妊娠期卵巢囊肿疾病的了解。

In recent years,the incidence of pregnancy complicated with ovarian cystis has an upward trend.The occurrence of cyst torsion or rupture in pregnancy seriously endangers the health and safety of mother and fetus,which should be detected and treated as soon as possible.The diagnosis and treatment plan of ovarian cyst has been mature,but the influence of different treatment methods of ovarian cyst in special period of pregnancy to the mother and fetus is not clear,the treatment plan has not been agreed.This paper hopes further deepen the understanding of ovarian cyst disease druing pregnancy by sharing a case of bilateral ovarian giant cyst combined with unilateral pedicle torsion admitted in the No.1 gynecology department of people's hospital of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture in Hunan province.
