云南白药联合尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yunnan Baiyao combined with nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的观察云南白药联合尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)的临床效果。方法将80例HICH患者随机分为常规组与研究组,各40例。常规组予脑出血常规治疗,研究组在常规组的基础上增加云南白药和尼莫地平治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗14 d后,研究组的血肿体积、脑水肿体积、Vs、Vd、Vm、PI、NIHSS、GCS、Barthel指数评分均优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论云南白药联合尼莫地平可明显加快HICH患者的血肿吸收,改善脑水肿及预后。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yunnan Baiyao combined with nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of 80 patients with HICH were randomly divided into routine group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine treatment for cerebral hemorrhage,and the study group was given Yunnan Baiyao and nimodipine on the basis of the routine group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 14 d of treatment,the hematoma volume,brain edema volume,VS,VD,VM,PI and scores of NIHSS,GCS and Barthel index of the study group were better than those of the routine group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao combined with nimodipine can significantly accelerate hematoma absorption,improve brain edema and prognosis in patients with HICH.
