保心宁胶囊与美西律联合治疗慢性室性心律失常患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of Baoxinning capsule combined with mexiletine in the treatment of patients with chronic ventricular arrhythmia

目的探讨保心宁胶囊与美西律联合治疗慢性室性心律失常患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月在我院进行治疗的60例慢性室性心律失常患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分成单纯组(n=30,采用美西律进行治疗)和联合组(n=30,采用保心宁胶囊联合美西律进行治疗)。比较两组的临床治疗效果及治疗前、后的动态心电图指标和血清生化指标水平。结果联合组临床治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于单纯组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组ST段压低持续时间、QTc间期短于单纯组,室性早搏少于单纯组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组NT-proBNP、hs-CRP水平明显低于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论保心宁胶囊联合美西律治疗慢性室性心律失常患者效果显著,能有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善动态心电图指标,降低血清生化指标水平,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Baoxinning capsule combined with mexiletine in the treatment of patients with chronic ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic ventricular arrhythmia treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into simple group(n=30,treated with mexiletine)and combined group(n=30,treated with Baoxinning capsule combined with mexiletine)according to different treatment methods.The clinical treatment effect,dynamic electrocardiogram indexes and serum biochemical indexes level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combined group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the simple group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of ST segment depression and QTc interval in the combined group were shorter than those in the simple group,and the ventricular premature beats was less than that in the simple group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the simple group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baoxinning capsule combined with mexiletine has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with chronic ventricular arrhythmia,it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the dynamic electrocardiogram indexes,reduce the level of serum biochemical indexes,which is worthy of clinical application.
