X线瘘口造影联合MRI检查肛门闭锁患儿的应用价值

Application value of X-ray fistulography combined with MRI examinationin children with anal atresia

目的探讨X线瘘口造影联合磁共振成像(MRI)检查肛门闭锁患儿的应用价值。方法回顾性选取2019年2月至2020年2月本院188例疑似肛门闭锁的患儿为研究对象,均接受X线瘘口造影、MRI检查,分析188例患儿的X线瘘口造影、MRI、X线瘘口造影联合MRI检查的结果,比较X线瘘口造影、MRI单独检查与联合检查的应用价值。结果X线瘘口造影联合MRI检查的灵敏度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于X线瘘口造影、MRI单独检查;X线瘘口造影、MRI检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值比较,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论肛门闭锁患儿行X线瘘口造影联合MRI检查的价值较单独检查高。

Objective To investigate the application value of X-ray fistulography combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination in children with anal atresia.Methods A total of 188 children with suspected anal atresia in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,all of the children received X-ray fistulography and MRI examination.The results of X-ray fistulography,MRI examination and X-ray fistulography combined with MRI examination of the 188 children were analyzed,and the application value of X-ray fistulography,MRI alone examination and combined examination were compared.Results The sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of X-ray fistulography combined with MRI examination were higher than those of X-ray fistulography and MRI alone examination;there were no significant differences in the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of X-ray fistulography and MRI examination(P>0.05).Conclusion The value of X-ray fistulography combined with MRI examination in children with anal atresia is higher than that of single examination.
