妊娠晚期维生素K1营养状况对凝血功能检测结果的影响

Effect of vitamin K1 nutritional status in late pregnancy on coagulation function test results

目的探讨妊娠晚期维生素K1(VK1)营养状况对凝血功能检测结果的影响。方法选择2019年4月至2019年10月来我院分娩的823例正常孕妇作为研究对象,按照血清VK1水平将其分为正常组(440例)、缺乏组(15例)和过量组(368例);按照年龄将其分为适龄组(681例)和高龄组(142例)。比较不同年龄组孕妇的VK1水平及凝血指标(PT、APTT、FIB、INR)。结果在正常孕妇中,VK1缺乏的比例为1.82%,而VK1过量的比例高达44.71%。高龄组的VK1水平高于适龄组(P<0.05);过量组的PT、INR均大于正常组(P<0.05);适龄组中VK1过量孕妇的PT、INR均大于VK1正常孕妇(P<0.05)。结论正常妊娠孕妇不需要常规补充VK1,适龄孕妇VK1过量可能会影响凝血功能,建议在监测血浆VK1水平的前提下进行补充。

Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin K1(VK1)nutritional status in late pregnancy on coagulation function test results.Methods A total of 823 normal pregnant women who delivered in our hospital from April 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to serum K1 level,the pregnant women were divided into normal group(440 cases),deficiency group(15 cases)and overdose group(368 cases);according to the age,the pregnant women were divided into age-appropriate group(681 cases)and elderly group(142 cases).The level of VK1 and coagulation indexes(PT,APTT,FIB,INR)of pregnant women in different age groups were compared.Results In normal pregnant women,the proportion of VK1 deficiency was 1.82%,while the proportion of VK1 excess was 44.71%.The level of VK1 in the elderly group was higher than that in the age-appropriate group(P<0.05);PT and INR in the overdose group were higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05);in the age-appropriate group,the PT and INR of pregnant women with excessive VK1 were higher than those of pregnant women with normal VK1(P<0.05).Conclusion Normal pregnant women do not need to supplement VK1 routinely.Excessive VK1 in pregnant women of the right age may affect blood coagulation function.It is recommended to supplement VK1 under the premise of monitoring plasma VK1 level.
