产教融合共建激光制造实训基地长效机制研究

Research on the Long-term Mechanism of Joint Construction Laser Manufacturing Training Base with the Integration of Industry and Education

产教融合共建激光实训基地是培养合格光电制造与应用技术专业技能人才的重要保障,也是促进我国激光产业高速发展的必要前提。本论文主要是从分析当前产教融合实训基地建设中存在的问题出发,提出解决产教融合共建实训基地的策略,最后探讨融合共建激光实训基地的具体实施方案,为高职院校激光制造实训基地建设提供借鉴和参考。

The construction of laser training base based on the integration of industry and education is an important guarantee for the cultivation of qualifi ed optoelectronic manufacturing and application technology professionals,and also a necessary prerequisite for the rapid development of China's laser industry.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the current industry education integration training base,puts forward the strategies to solve the problems,and fi nally discusses the specifi c implementation scheme of the laser manufacturing training base,to provide reference for the construction of laser manufacturing training base in higher vocational colleges.
