培哚普利联合吲达帕胺、倍他乐克治疗高血压合并心力衰竭

Efficacy of perindopril combined with indapamide and betaloc in the treatment of hypertension with heart failure

目的 :研究培哚普利联合吲达帕胺、倍他乐克治疗高血压合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 :将101例高血压合并心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=51),对照组采用培哚普利治疗,观察组采用培哚普利联合吲达帕胺、倍他乐克治疗。结果 :观察组总有效率高于对照组;舒张压、收缩压和左室收缩末期容量低于对照组;左室射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :培哚普利联合吲达帕胺、倍他乐克治疗高血压合并心力衰竭临床疗效较好。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of perindopril combined with indapamide and betaloc in the treatment of hypertension with heart failure.Methods:One hundred and one cases of patients with hypertension and heart failure were randomly divided into a control group(n=50,treated with perindopril)and an observation group(n=51,treated with perindopril combined with indapamide and betaloc).Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(94.12%vs 84.00%,P=0.033).The diastolic and systolic blood pressures and the end-systolic volume were significantly lower while the left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group.Conclusion:Perindopril combined with indapamide and betaloc in the treatment of hypertension with heart failure has a better clinical effect.
