振源片治疗女性膀胱过度活动症临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Zhenyuan tablets in the treatment of female overactive bladder

目的 :探讨振源片治疗女性膀胱过度活动症的临床疗效。方法 :选取女性膀胱过度活动症患者58例,按照随机数字排列法为对照组28例和观察组30例。对照组给与盆底肌训练,观察组在此基础上给予振源片口服治疗,4周为1个疗程,观察治疗后两组的OABSS评分及24 h排尿情况。结果 :治疗后观察组OABSS评分、尿急、夜尿、急迫性尿失禁次数显著低于对照组,且临床总有效率显著高于对照组(93.3%vs 82.1%,P <0.05)。结论 :振源片益气固脱,能有效改善女性膀胱过度活动症患者的临床症状,疗效确定。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhenyuan tablets on female patients with bladder hyperactivity. Methods: Fifty-eight female patients with overactive bladder were selected and divided into a control group(n=28) and an observation group(n=30) based on a random number arrangement method. The control group was given pelvic floor muscle training and the observation group was additionally given oral Zhenyuan tablets. The OABSS scores and 24 h micturition were compared between the two groups 4 weeks after treatment. Results: After treatment, the scores of OABSS, the times of urgent urine, nocturia and urgent urinary incontinence were significantly lower and the clinical overall response rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(93.3% vs 82.1%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhenyuan tablets can effectively improve the clinical signs and symptoms of female patients with overactive bladder.
