中美英三本麻醉学杂志发表论著主要指标的比较

Comparison of main indicators of original articles in 3 anesthesiology journals published in China,United States and Britain

目的比较美国《Anesthesiology》、英国《British Journal of Anaesthesia》和我国《中华麻醉学杂志》2019年发表论著若干指标的差异,旨在为国内麻醉学科研工作者在课题设计和文章撰写时提供参考。方法在www.anesthesiology.org、www.bjanaesthesia.org和www.wanfangdata.com.cn网站分别搜索《Anesthesiology》、《British Journal of Anaesthesia》和《中华麻醉学杂志》这3本杂志于2019年发表的论著文章,对文章的篇数、临床研究与基础研究、单中心研究与多中心研究、前瞻性研究与回顾性研究、干预性研究与观察性研究、初级研究与次级研究、以及图和表的使用情况进行比较分析。结果2019年,《Anesthesiology》、《British Journal of Anaesthesia》和《中华麻醉学杂志》3本杂志共发表论著文章577篇(依次为121、125和331篇);临床研究与基础研究分别为86/35、100/25和146/185篇;单中心研究与多中心研究分别为58/28、56/44和135/11篇;前瞻性研究与回顾性研究分别为53/33、68/32和133/13篇;干预性研究与观察性研究分别为27/59、17/83和95/51篇;初级和次级研究分别为71/15、70/30和141/5篇。3本杂志基础研究文章每篇使用图6.3±2.1、4.8±1.0和(0.3±1.2)幅;每篇使用表1.1±1.6、0.8±0.9和(2.4±1.1)张。临床研究文章每篇使用图3.5±1.8,2.6±1.4和(0.1±0.4)幅;使用表2.8±1.3、3.1±1.7和(3.2±1.6)张。与《Anesthesiology》和《British Journal of Anaesthesia》比较,《中华麻醉学杂志》临床研究和多中心研究比率降低,前瞻性研究、干预性研究和初级研究比率升高,每篇文章使用图幅数减少,临床研究每篇文章使用图幅数减少(P<0.01)。《中华麻醉学杂志》每篇文章使用表张数多于《Anesthesiology》(P<0.01)。结论《中华麻醉学杂志》论著以基础研究文章为主,《Anesthesiology》和《British Journal of Anaesthesia》论著以临床研究文章为主,其他主要指标也有差异。

Objective To compare the differences in several indicators of the original articles among"Anesthesiology"(A),"British Journal of Anaesthesia"(B)and"Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology"(C)published in 2019,which might provide references for domestic anesthesiology researchers in study design and article writing.Methods The websites of www.anesthesiology.org,www.bjanaesthesia.org and www.wanfangdata.com.cn were searched for the original articles published in A,B and C three journals during the year of 2019.The number of original articles,clinical versus basic,single-center versus multi-center,prospective versus retrospective,interventional versus observational,and primary versus secondary researches,and the use of figures and tables were analyzed comparatively.Results In 2019,three journals A,B and C published 577 original articles in total(121,125,and 331 in turn),with 86/35,100/25 and 146/185 clinical and basic researches respectively,58/28,56/44 and 135/11 single-and multi-center researches respectively,53/33,68/32 and 133/13 prospective and retrospective researches respectively,27/59,17/83 and 95/51 interventional and observational researches respectively,and 71/15,70/30,and 141/5 primary and secondary researches respectively.In the basic research articles published in three journals A,B and C,the number of figures used in each article was 6.3±2.1,4.8±1.0 and(0.3±1.2)respectively,and the number of tables used in each article was 1.1±1.6,0.8±0.9 and(2.4±1.1)respectively.In the clinical research articles published in three journals A,B and C,the number of figures used in each article was 3.5±1.8,2.6±1.4 and(0.1±0.4)respectively,and the number of tables used in each article was 2.8±1.3,3.1±1.7 and(3.2±1.6)respectively.Compared with journals A and B,the ratio of clinical and multi-center researches was significantly decreased,the ratio of prospective,interventional and primary researches was increased,the number of figures used in each article was decreased,and the number of figures used in each article of clinical researches was reduced in journal C(P<0.01).The number of tables used in each article was significantly increased in journal C than in journal A(P<0.01).Conclusion The"Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology"mainly focuses on basic research articles,while the"Anesthesiology"and"British Journal of Anaesthesia"mainly focus on clinical researches.There are differences in many other main indicators as well.
