斯特林引擎小车结构优化设计

摘要 斯特林引擎小车以简化微型斯特林发动机作为动力机,液态酒精燃料提供热源,驱动小车在指定赛道上持续运行。在综合分析设计制作的斯特林引擎小车的发动机原理和影响其工作效率的主要因素等工作基础上,讨论了小车结构装配调试时的注意事项,提出采用双缸串联和单飞轮结构优化设计斯特林引擎小车。经赛道检验,文中提出的结构优化方法可以改善该引擎小车性能,四轮结构稳定,加工工艺精良,装配精巧,高效节能环保,有效提升了在赛道上的实际运行距离,效果突出。 Stirling engine car is powered by the simplified mini Stirling engine.It,driven by the liquid alcohol fuel,runs continuously on the designated track.This article focuses on the principle of Stirling engine car and the main factors that influence the engine’s efficiency based on a series of comprehensive analysis,design and production.The issues related to the trolley assembly and debugging are explored.The double cylinder series and the single wheel are adopted to work out the schemes of structural optimization.Based on a series of track test,the engine car enjoys better performance with stable four-wheel structure,fine processing technology,exquisite assembly,cost-effectiveness in energy-saving and eco-protection,as well as a longer running distance on the track,which proves that the scheme is feasible.
