摘要 为提高可移动检测设备在空间限制下布局设计的可控性,提升产品模块间的关联度,明确各部件的布局和功能间的关系,提出了基于模块功能分解的设备布局设计模式。以电力安全工器具移动检测站为研究对象,通过对产品的功能-原理-结构进行分解,计算各子模块的关联度,得到模块初步的聚类结果,结合功能元分解,梳理了模块化功能分解流程,采用平面排列方式进行图形化示意,并应用层次分析模糊矩阵验证了方案的可行性。结果表明,采用模块化设计理念不仅能提高产品的开发效率,也能为同类型的可移动检测设备布局设计提供参考。 In order to improve layout design controllability of movable detection equipment,improve the correlation degree between product modules,and clarify the relationships between layout and functions of each component,a layout design mode of movable detection equipment was proposed based on function decomposition of modules.An electric power safety instrument mobile station was taken as the research object to obtain module preliminary clustering results through the decomposition of function-principle-structure and correlation calculation of each module.The process of modular function decomposition was obtained combined with functional element decomposition,then the planar graphical schematic was applied in function module division.Analytic hierarchy fuzzy matrix was applied to verify the feasibility of the scheme.The results revealed that the modular design concept not only improved the product development efficiency,but also provided references for layout design of the same type movable testing equipment.
