农业负责任创新的兴起是应对涉农领域"巨挑战"、治理农业4.0和校正资本逻辑的必然。其特征包括利益相关者参与,考虑替代性方案和积极准备响应公共诉求等;其价值主要体现在增强行动者信任,构筑企业竞争优势,进而提高农业创新及其成果的社会可接受度,实现农业可持续发展等;其实现则主要包括宏观、中观和微观三个层面的进路。农业负责任创新可为农业伦理提供"全责任"的理念助推,使农业伦理将更多责任主体、责任客体、责任类型和责任时空纳入其中,同时发挥其比较优势。

The rise of responsible innovation of agriculture is logic inevitably constituted by the addressing of agricultural grand challenges, comprehensive governance of agriculture 4.0, and the rectifying of capital logic. The characteristics of agricultural responsible innovation contain stakeholder engagement, consideration of a range of alternatives, preparedness to respond, and so on. Its values include the enhancement of trust and trustworthiness, the construction of competitive advantage, the acceptance and suitability of agricultural innovation and the outcomes, the sustainable development of agriculture and the like. Moreover, its approaches contain three strategies on the macro level, the framework of six domains, value sensitive design and open innovation 2.0 on the meso-level, and discursive awareness and techno-ethical imagination on the micro-level. Responsible innovation of agriculture could supply the thought of overall-responsibility for agricultural ethics, help agricultural ethics incorporates more elements of responsibility and plays its comparative advantages simultaneously.
