摘要
能源短缺和传统能源产生的环境问题引起了全球的高度重视。浮萍由于生长快、易培养、淀粉含量高和在废水污水中能培养等优势被认为是优质的新型生物质原料,受到越来越多的关注。本文围绕新型能源植物浮萍的生长特性、淀粉代谢途径以及提高淀粉积累的方法,包括改变生长条件和通过遗传转化等方面进行了综述,并展望了浮萍未来的发展前景。
Energy shortages and environmental issues caused by conventional energy have attracted a great attention worldwide. Duckweed, a new energy plant, has been considered as a potential candidate for lightening pollutions because of its outstanding advantages like high growth rate, easy to culture, high starch content, and ability to survive in the wastewater and sewage. This paper presents a review on growth characteristics of duckweed and its starch metabolic pathways. Approaches for improving starch accumulation including changing growth conditions and genetic transformation are discussed as well. Moreover, future developments of duckweed also have been prospected in this work.
