摘要
以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为功能单体,氯霉素为模板分子,采用热聚合法制备了氯霉素分子印迹聚合物(MIPs).通过FE-SEM、FT-IR等表征手段对其进行了表征,并通过静态吸附实验考察温度、pH、初始浓度、平衡时间等因素对该聚合物吸附性能的影响.该聚合物在25℃,pH=7的条件下,静态吸附2 h达到吸附平衡,理论最大吸附量为127.8 mg/g,吸附机理主要为单分子层化学吸附过程,并且对氯霉素类抗生素显示出良好的选择性.
Chloramphenicol imprinted polymers(MIPs)were prepared by thermal polymerization with chloromycetin as template molecule and isopropyl acrylamide as functional monomer.Their physicochemical properties were characterized by FE-SEM and FT-IR.The effects of temperature,pH,initial concentration and equilibrium time on the adsorption performance were investigated by static adsorption experiments.The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium was reached at 25℃after 2h and the pH of solution was 7.The theoretical maximum adsorption capacity was 127.8 mg/g.The adsorption mechanism was mainly single-molecular layer chemical adsorption process.The polymer provided good selective adsorption effect on chloramphenicol antibiotics.
