工艺对合成宝石级金刚石成核及品质的影响

摘要 根据国产六面顶液压机合成宝石级金刚石的合成块腔体内部过剩压减小及电阻变化的特点,使用天宏控制工程第三代操作系统检测六面顶压机设备的合成电流、合成电阻等参数重新编制宝石级大单晶合成工艺曲线。根据所设定的工艺曲线进行分阶段控制合成腔体内部的压力和温度,来稳定合成块内部金刚石的生长环境。研究发现合成宝石级金刚石前期10小时工艺对人工种植的高品级工业金刚石晶种的成核率、以及已经成核的金刚石优晶占比有着重大影响;合成期间10小时以外的工艺对已经成核的金刚石后期持续生长成为优质宝石级金刚石有着重大影响。 On the basis of the characteristics of the reduction of excess pressure and the change of resistance in the chamber of synthetic block for synthesizing gem grade diamond with domestic hexahedral top hydraulic press,the synthetic current and resistance parameters of the hexahedron press are detected by the third generation operation system of Tianhong control engineering,and the synthetic process curve of gem grade large single crystal is redrawn.According to the set process curve,the pressure and temperature inside the synthetic chamber are controlled in stages to stabilize the diamond growth environment in the synthetic block.It is found that the process of 10 hours in the early stage of synthesis of gem grade diamond has a significant impact on the nucleation rate of artificially planted high-grade industrial diamond seeds and the proportion of diamond with excellent crystal nucleation.The process beyond 10 hours during the synthesis period has a significant impact on the continuous growth of nucleated diamond into high-quality gem grade diamond in the later stage.
