随着科学技术的发展,太阳能作为一种新能源受到了人们的青睐,太阳能电池也逐渐走进了人们的生活。太阳能电池是通过光电效应或者化学效应直接把光能转化为电能的装置。它最早被应用到航空航天领域;上世纪八十年代前后被应用到汽车上;后来太阳能电池又被应用于通信、交通以及建筑设施等领域。

With the development of science and technology,solar energy has been favored by the people as a new energy source,and solar cells have gradually entered to the daily life.Solar cells are devices that directly convert light energy into electrical energy through photoelectric or chemical effects.Solar cells were first applied to the aerospace field,and applied to automobiles around the 1980s.Then,solar cells were used in the fields of communications,transportation,and construction facilities.
