用于糖尿病研究的人源化鼠类模型概述

Overview of Humanized Rodent Models for Diabetes Research

糖尿病是危害人类健康的重要疾病之一,恰当动物模型的缺乏在很大程度上制约了糖尿病疾病的相关研究。人源化鼠类模型在糖尿病的研究中有巨大的应用价值。本文对几种具有代表意义的人源化鼠类模型及其在糖尿病研究中的应用进行了分析,阐述了它们各自的发生发展、应用价值及局限性,以期对人源化动物应用于人类糖尿病的研究具有较为直观的认识。

Diabetes mellitus is one of the most important diseases endangering human health.The lack of appropriate animal models restricts the research of diabetes mellitus to a great extent.Humanized rat model has great application value in the study of diabetes mellitus.In this paper,several representative humanized rat models and their applications in diabetes research are analyzed,and their respective occurrence,development,application value and limitations are elaborated in order to have a more intuitive understanding of the application of humanized animals in human diabetes research.
