摘要
随着历史的发展,教师教育逐渐从师范学院扩展到综合型大学,在此过程中世界范围内的教师教育出现了不同的发展模式。以中美综合型大学为例,在教师培养模式中的培养目标、入学资格审定、学生管理、课程设置以及教育实习等方面有诸多差异性。对其的比较研究有助于了解二者的不同,尤其是美国教师培养模式的长处,为我国教师培养模式的改进提供积极建议,从而促进教师教育的发展。
With the development of history,teacher education has gradually expanded from normal colleges to comprehensive universities.In the process,teacher education in the world has developed different models.There are differences in the training goal,entry qualification,student management,curriculum and internship of teacher training model between Chinese and American comprehensive university.The comparative study of two models can help to understand the difference between each other,especially the advantages of American teacher training model.Finally,it could provide positive suggestions for the improvement of the teacher training model in China and accelerate the development of teacher education.
