摘要
为研究诱导轮和不同环境工况对离心式自吸油泵汽蚀性能的影响,以某型号的自吸泵为研究对象,结合数值计算和试验研究了诱导轮对离心泵汽蚀的影响,并分析其机理。研究结果表明:泵组增加诱导轮后,20℃的空化汽蚀余量为1.96 m,较无诱导轮泵组减小了3.27 m,降低了62.52%;-40℃工况下,空化汽蚀余量为1.31 m,较无诱导轮泵组减小了2.61 m,降低了66.58%。本研究可以为离心泵的汽蚀性能设计提供参考。
In order to study the influence of inducer and different environmental conditions on the cavitation performance of centrifugal self-priming pump,a certain type of self-priming pump was taken as the research object,combined with numerical calculation and experiment to study the influence of inducer on the cavitation of centrifugal pump,and its mechanism was analyzed.The research results show that:the cavitation margin at 20℃is 1.96 m after the pump set has an inducer,which is reduced by 3.27 m and 62.52%compared with that of a pump set without an inducer.Under-40℃working conditions,the cavitation allowance is 1.31 m,which is reduced by 2.61 m and 66.58%compared with that of the pump set without inducer.This study can provide a reference for the cavitation performance design of the centrifugal pump.
