摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件对某型灭火器振动夹具进行了模态分析并进行优化设计,得到夹具的固有频率和振型,再用正弦扫频试验测出样品的固有频率,对比有限元分析及模态测试两种不同方法得到的数据,判断夹具设计是否满足试验要求。
Using the ANSYS finite element software for a certain type of fire extinguisher vibration fixture on the modal analysis and optimization design,the inherent frequency and vibration mode of the fixture were obtained,then the natural frequency of the sample was measured by sine sweep test.Comparing the data obtained by two different methods of finite element analysis and modal testing,judge whether the fixture design meets the test requirements.
